Guide To FREE Government GRANTS

Anyone thinking about going into business for themselves, or wanting to expand an existing business should rush for the world’s largest “one-step-money-stop” where FREE MONEY to start or expand a business is being held for you by the Federal Government.

It sounds absolutely incredible that people living right here in the United States of America wouldn’t know that each year the world’s largest source of free business help delivers:

* Over $30 billion dollars in free grants and low interest loans;

* Over one-half trillion dollars in procurement contracts;

* Over $32 billion dollars in FREE consulting and research grants.

With an economy that remains unpredictable, and a need for even greater economic development on all fronts, the federal government is more willing than ever before to give you the money you need to own your own business and become your own boss!

In spite of the perception that people should not look to the government for help, the great government give-away programs have remained so incredibility huge if each of the approximately 8 million businesses applied for an equal share, they would each receive over $70,000.

Most people never apply for a FREE GRANT because they somehow feel it isn’t for them, there’s too much red-tape, or simply don’t know who to contact. The fact is however, that people from all walks of life do receive FREE GRANT MONEY and other benefits from the government, and you should also.

VENTURE CAPITAL FINANCING

This method can provide FREE MONEY in the sense you wouldn’t have to pay it back. You would, however, probably have to give up part of the ownership of your business in order to receive financing. Most states have their own venture capital finance firms that invest in high risk businesses.

MINORITIES & WOMEN

FREE MONEY grants are available in most states for women or minorities who want to start a business.

LOW INTEREST LOANS

A state may raise money through industrial revenue bonds to buy your fixed-asset equipment. The public, which invest in these bonds, do not pay taxes on the earned interest. When a low interest loan is granted, the state does not guarantee that investors will get their money back if the business fails. If a state issues a general obligation bond, a public investment is then guaranteed. the states will also make direct loans at low interest, or even co-sign a commercial bank loan. If a state co-signs a loan for you, it may subsidize your interest and reduce an already low-interest rate lower yet.

SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTERS

Every state has Small Business development Centers who can match you with the right FREE MONEY grant program. All development centers offer free counseling to anyone wishing to start or expand a business. Their services are varied but include; FREE seminars, workshops, business planning, feasibility studies, marketing research, management analysis, sales technique, financing, exporting, inventory control, accounting, record keeping, and grant application. Whatever your questions about FREE MONEY grants or starting a business, refer to your telephone directory under State Offices and contact your Small Business development Center.

GETTING FREE MONEY FROM VENTURE CAPITAL SOURCES

A venture capital company is another source for FREE MONEY in financing your business plans. But since they are willing to assume some risk by investing in your business, they also expect some equity in the business itself.

Venture capital companies invest in projects they feel will be successful and bring a return on their investment. If you are interested in asking a venture capital company to invest in your business refer to your telephone directory under Venture Capital Companies or Investment Companies, and contact those who are in the same area you want to start your project in.

SMALL BUSINESS INVESTMENT COMPANIES

Small business investment companies can provide your business with the capital it needs by; 1) giving you a free loan; 2) making a stock investment in your business; or 3) offering a combination of the two.

Small business investment companies are in the business of making money just like any other business. The biggest difference between them and another investor is:

1) They are privately managed firms who are licensed and partially financed by the federal government’s Small Business Administration.

2) All of its transactions are regulated by the government.

3) Their success depends on the growth and profits of companies they own stock in. They often give money in exchange for stocks.

4) Their loans usually carry lower interest rates than commercial banks.

5) Straight loans repayments are carried over a longer period of time.

6) Most businesses are eligible, especially if they are 50% minority owned.

For a complete listing of the thousands of Small Business Investment Companies, visit your local library and ask for the SBIC Catalog. Study the catalog and note the companies that specialize in your area of interest. Then write them and request more information on what they have to offer.

WRITING A SUCCESSFUL GRANT APPLICATION

To write a successful grant application for FREE MONEY it should be well planned. You should be familiar with exactly how a particular agency prefers to have their grant proposals completed. If you have no experience in writing grant proposals, this is another area where your Small Business development centers can help.

WORK CLOSELY WITH THE FREE MONEY GRANTOR AGENCY

Once you decide which government agency you want FREE MONEY from, contact them and ask for a grant application. Get to know some of the grantor agency personal. Experts love to talk about their programs, so ask for advice, suggestions, and criticisms about your proposed project.

In most cases, the more the agency knows about your grant proposal, the better your chances will be of getting support from the personnel who ultimately approve your FREE MONET request.

Often it is to the grantor’s advantage to send their grant proposal summary to an agency  official they have developed a contact relationship with, and ask them to review and return it to you with their comments. Be certain this approach is acceptable with your agency. You wouldn’t first want a first draft mistakenly processed before it was finished.

Making a personal visit to the agency’s office in your area is also important. Face to face contact will help you understand eligibility requirements, deadlines, maximum FREE MONEY amounts you can apply for, and other details you want to know about. You can also utilize an agency’s library and determine through books, brochures, and conversation if there are other agencies you could apply for FREE MONEY. there is nothing that says that you can’t apply for, two three, or more FREE MONEY grants at one time!

ESTABLISH YOUR OWN PROFESSIONAL NETWORK

Do some networking and maintain continuous contact with people who can gather information for you about FREE MONEY GRANTS. Nothing can be substituted for personal contact with the decision makers who are in charge of grant programs. Learn to use your personal influence (and theirs) to achieve your goals.

The US. Government Printing Office maintains a wealth of information that people never take advantage of! Write to them and ask for a copy of the “U.S. Government Directory” and ask for a list of books, brochures, and documents that covers your field of interest. Tell them you are especially interested in obtaining information about FREE FEDERAL MONEY that’s available to private citizens.

Remember, “FREE FEDERAL MONEY” doesn’t mean you have to travel to Washington, DC. It just means finding out where the agencies are within your own state and local government. The contacts you want to make may be only minutes away.

Stop Genocides/Mass Atrocities of Women, and Children! -Humans can be extinct animals too

We urge the world’s officials and the powerful leaders to stop the genocides that are taking place right now in Northern, Western and Central Africa as well as in Palestine and many other part of the world. It’s enough! Humans can be extinct animals too.

As we gaze upon our beautiful hanging garden, Earth, this is what’s going on in Middle East and the Northern Africa right now! You won’t hear these true stories from corporate press, or western media. Some of these stories are from right down the alleys where these atrocities are taking place.

While watching the video; please stay on to see the next two videos play on automatically; in it you’ll hear what Obama’s Administration is doing about the situation between Palestinians and Israel in order to stop the bombing of Palestinians people. What is evident is that there is a robust engagement initiated by U. S administration to facilitate a de-escalation of the conflict and violence.

It has been a clear evidence for decades now, in the planet we inhibit, humans have been engaging in killing each other over differences that are either stupid, greed driven or cannot be explain. And the most killings are done in mass proportion through genocide or mass atrocities where the widespread rapes are committed to women and children, including acts of tortures.

Women and children are vulnerable and are caught in wars and mass atrocities helplessly; resulting in the future of humanity being at risk of continuing to thrive. Are we ever going to end wars, and genocides that are on the brinks of sending humans into extinction? What is happening in Middle East right now has been happening long time, all around the world; over and over and over again. But the unfolding story with the recent bombing of Palestinians by Israel will shock anyone.

In the past 150 years, tens of millions of men, women and children have lost their lives in genocide or mass atrocities. Millions have been tortured, raped or forced from their homes. This trend has been continuing on to today in the name of ethnic cleansing; as if humans are not supposed to be extinct animals.

If I were an alien from a distance planet I would have pose this question to humans. Do humans have any senses as to why they must have ethnic cleansing? Are they not of the same species? Somehow, if we take DNA of every species created in this world, we would find humans are 96.9 the same from each other? Even Eichler of University of Washington says, if we consider the genetic code as a book, entire pages will be repeated in one species but not the other. So conservatively, we are 96% alike without closest cousin. Whether you are white, black, or yellow; you cannot change your specie as a human. With that said, don’t you think it sounds quite stupid and not sensible for a Jew to see other human beings as Goyams, Or a Hutu being a better human than a Tutsi? Or White better than Black or American Indian. That’s how things have been for eons in our world; certain tribes think they are better than their fellow humans so they exterminate them, not realizing they are all of the same specie; and that this specie can be as extinct as any other species that is in extinction today.

For the past 60 years a lot of women and children have been killed in Palestine and the killings continue today. In the following video, this Jewish community leader is asking for a real peace and wants those who are spreading propaganda to stop it! Saying this war is not about a religious conflict

For the world that is dominated by millions of people who are believers of God, or a power higher than themselves, it is very charlatan to see the commandment given for any true religion is always broken, every time, everywhere, around the world. And that commandment is to care for orphans and widows in their misfortune and to keep oneself unstained by the world. James1:27 Pure and undefiled religion before God the Father (or some can call God Jehovah, or Allah or whatever has you) is to care for orphans and widows.
This article is not about religion, I just pointed out that fact to a mass of people in this world who are believers of God in order to show them the importance of caring, and fighting for women and children who are experiencing war crimes, or hardship of any kind that impairs them from pursuing true happiness, and their God given rights to flourish in this world. It is a duty of every believing man and woman to make sure that Women and Orphans are cared for.

Wars and ethnic cleansing tend to evolve into genocide, where mostly women and children are the victims; which make fighting violence against children and women very difficult, because the efforts of organizations for human rights violations are undermined every time!

Take a look at this timeline showing how man has engaged himself in exterminating humanity throughout the world.
Beginning in 1915, ethnic Armenians living in the Ottoman Empire were rounded up, deported and executed on orders of the government. Deaths due to disease in concentration camps are estimated to have killed more than 1 million ethnic Armenians, Assyrians and Greeks between 1915 and 1923. http://endgenocide.org/learn/past-genocides/

After coming to power in 1933, the Nazi Party implemented a highly organized strategy of persecution and murder. Their targets were the so-called “undesirables”: Jews, Slavs, Roma, the disabled, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and homosexuals, as well as political and religious dissidents.

When the Khmer Rouge took control of the Cambodian government in 1975, they declared the beginning of a new age dedicated to a peasant-oriented society. The Khmer Rouge ordered the evacuation of Cambodia’s cities and forced these residents to labor without adequate food or rest. Those who were unable to keep up were often summarily executed. At the same time, doctors, teachers and those suspected of being educated were singled out for torture at the notorious Tuol Sleng prison. In four years, between 1.7 and 2 million Cambodians died in the Khmer Rouge’s ‘Killing Fields.’

Beginning in 1991, Yugoslavia began to break up along ethnic lines. Troops from the mostly Serb Yugoslav army entered Croatian territory and committed widespread human rights abuses. Due to the nature of the attacks on civilians during the Bosnian and Croatian wars, the United Nations created the International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia in 1993. This tribunal is tasked with prosecuting offenders who contributed to the deaths of at least 96,000 people

Civil war broke out in Rwanda in 1990, further exacerbating tensions between the Tutsi minority and Hutu majority. Despite the efforts of United Nations peacekeepers, extremist Hutu groups killed between 800,000 and 1 million people across the country in only 100 days. In 1994, the United Nations created the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), dedicated to bringing those responsible for the genocide to justice.

And Palestinians genocide has been going on in the past 60 years. 60 years of violent attacks.
“This racist, genocidal horror was inevitable from the outset in the late 19th century when the Zionists set out a “me too” program of racist colonization to mimic what Western Europeans were already doing on every continent – the Americas (genocide of the Indigenous Indians in Canada, the US, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay); horrendous racist colonization and mass murder in West Africa, East Africa and Southern Africa (10 million died in the Belgian Congo alone); the Aboriginal Genocide in Australia, and the Maori Genocide in New Zealand; slavery and mass Indigenous death from introduced disease in the Pacific; and mass murder in Asian (excess deaths from the British enslavement of India 1757-1947 total 1.5 BILLION; excess deaths in China from the Opium Wars and the Tai Ping rebellion associated with Western encroachments totalled 20-100 million) (see: “Body Count. Global avoidable mortality since 1950”, G.M. Polya, Melbourne, 2007: http://mwcnews.net/content/view/137… and http://globalbodycount.blogspot.com/ ; see also Lindqvist, S. (1992), Exterminate All the Brutes (Granta Books, London, 2002) ).”

Tell a Story to promote you and your company; it’s Powerful!

Stories can show your dedication, attention to detail, leadership, independence, researching ability, creativity or problem-solving inclination. It’s important to remember that employers want well rounded staff so make sure they see evidence of of all the skills you have to offer. Go over your past work history and identify the stories within each achievement. Now tell them to others.

Always remember the moral to your story: the point the story tells about you (and your company), your skills and achievements. And remember, yours is a never-ending story!

Here are one or two examples:

1 Your conversion of old equipment into new uses shows you can think outside the box and are resourceful.
2 The non-financial ways you recognized your staff shows your creativity and your abilities as a leader as you demonstrate your understanding of how to motivate others.
3 The weekly internal E-letter you created for employees not only improved morale, it gave evidence of your strong communication skills.
4 The canned food drive youstarted at your last job not only showed your commitment to your community, it also raised visibility for the company and improved their public relations.
5 By forming a lunchtime jogging club you helped bring employees from different departments together while improving the health, and mental health, of employees who participated. Your leadership and team building skills were further evidenced when your runners club formed a team for the local marathon.
6 Your multilingual skills helped aright a project suffering from miscommunication between subsidiaries from overseas. Not only could you translate phrases and idioms of speech, your insight into cultural differences bridged a gap and corrected a wayward project.

More than showcasing your knowledge of languages, you demonstrated the ability to liaison between different groups, negotiate and turn an important project around.
Here are afew more examples:
• Your analysis of existing processing statements and identification of cost savings
• Your experience with a variety of systems and payment methods: credit, debit, phone and gift cards, etc.
• Your skill in designing billing systems that cross borders and time zones and convert currencies

Best yet, this Story Tell / Story Sell method works for sales, management, consultants, meeting planners, entrepreneurs and even politicians. Story Telling training will give you the confidence to go forward with this method and enable you to review your past work history and identify the stories within each accomplishment. Read here for more information. Now tell them to others. Don’t forget the moral to your story: the point the story tells about you (and your firm), your skills and credits.

And remember, yours is a never-ending story!

10 Best Stocks for 2014 Keep Soaring

A look at where our experts stand at 2014’s halfway point    –                      http://investorplace.com/2014/07/10-best-stocks-2014-q2

By Jeff Reeves, Editor of InvestorPlace.com  |  Jul 1, 2014, 2:05 pm EDT

Now that we are halfway through 2014, it’s time to check in on our Best Stocks for 2014 lineup and explore what’s working (and what’s not) for the experts on our list.

Our annual stock-picking contest is simple: Choose one buy-and-hold investment on Jan. 1 and hold it for the entirety of the calendar year. Whoever racks up the biggest profit wins.

In previous years, this contest went down to the wire and largely tracked the market… but in 2014, we have a handful of big standouts leading the pack and a runaway winner that is already up 134% and likely will stay at the top of the heap!

So what stocks are the best stocks of 2014, according to our experts, and how have they been doing? Take a look:

Next: Fortegra Financial (FRF)

Best Stocks for 2014 #10 – Fortegra Financial (FRF)

Sector: Financials
Investor: Hilary Kramer
YTD Returns: -14%

JUST RELEASED: 500 Best & Worst Stocks for Q3 — New report names the 250 powerhouses that could hand you double- and triple-digit gains… and the 250 losers that could blow a hole through your portfolio. Click here to read it now.

Fortegra Financial (FRF) isn’t a traditional bank or financial company, offering payment protection plans for businesses, auto club services and even consumer electronics warranties.

Hilary Kramer, editor of Game Changers, picked this stock as her favorite for 2014 thanks to strong growth potential and a string of acquisitions that should unlock new revenue streams. The more economic activity picks up, the more the services of Fortegra will be used by both consumers and businesses alike to protect their transactions.

Of course, a lack of consistency in earnings have held FRF stock back in 2014; Revenue continues to grow briskly but Fortegra has struggled to translate that top-line growth into bottom line success.

Shares are down year-to-date but could snap back significantly if management can turn the numbers around and start beating Wall Street expectations again.

Next: Citigroup (C)

Best Stocks for 2014 #9 – Citigroup (C)

Sector: Financials
Investor: Greg Harmon
YTD Returns: -10%

Citigroup (C) is another financial stock that’s lagging the market so far this year, but a pick that has big turnaround potential.

Citi once again failed the Federal Reserve’s “stress test” for banks this year, limiting its ability to do stock buybacks or pay shareholders big dividends until regulators are more confident in its balance sheet. However, Citigroup stock seems to have priced most of these challenges in and has remained rangebound between $45 and $55 since early 2013; at the lower part of this range now, it could be a good time to make a bargain buy.

In a cyclical recovery, financial stocks will lead the charge. Though Citi has admittedly faced some headwinds lately, a broader recovery in lending — or a higher interest rate environment that allows Citi to profit from better credit spreads — could lift the bank stock.

Next: ProShares Short Emerging Markets Fund (EUM)

Best Stocks for 2014 #8 – ProShares Short Emerging Markets Fund (EUM)

Sector: Emerging markets ETF
Investor: Anthony Mirhaydari
YTD Returns: -6%

Unlike the other investors on this list seeking out opportunities for big gains, investment expert Anthony Mirhaydari is focusing on what can go very wrong in 2014… and how you can still profit anyway.

His pick, the ProShares Short MSCI Emerging Markets ETF(EUM), goes up when the underlying group of emerging markets investments decline. Such an “inverse” fund is a great way to hedge against uncertainty and ensure your portfolio profits even in a down market.

Of course, emerging markets have slowly moved higher in 2014 and that means Anthony’s pick has moved the other way with a modest decline. However, his initial investment thesis of a looming credit crisis in China and inflationary pressures abroad seems sound. And when you throw in continued geopolitical unrest in Ukraine and Iraq, the emerging market picture looks increasingly rocky.

Next: Vanguard Dividend Appreciation ETF (VIG)

Best Stocks for 2014 #7 – Vanguard Dividend Appreciation ETF (VIG)

Sector: Dividend ETF
Investor: Brendan Conway
YTD Returns: 5%

You’re not going to set the world on fire with a low-cost, low-risk dividend fund. But Brendan Conway of Barron’s has shown yet again that this boring and reliable way of investing can unlock considerable returns.

At the halfway point, his pick of the Vanguard Dividend Appreciation ETF (VIG) is up 5% — which annualizes to an impressive 10% gain per year if this keeps up.

While many investors (including some on this list) try to outperform with sexy small caps, a low-risk and low-cost investment plan with a fund like the VIG can be your best long-term investment strategy. Composed of old income favorites like Coca-Cola (KO), Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) andExxon Mobil (XOM), the Vanguard Dividend Appreciation ETF is a great bedrock investment for any portfolio.

Next: MTN Group (MTNOY)

Best Stocks for 2014 #6 – MTN Group (MTNOY)

Sector: Telecommunications
Investor: Charles Sizemore
YTD Returns: 5%

What if you could marry the growth potential of emerging markets with the stability and income of an entrenched telecom play? Well, that’s exactly what you’ll find in the pick of MTN Group (MTNOY).

Charles Sizemore, editor of Macro Trend Investor, identified MTN Group as his best stock for 2014 based on the big growth potential of mobile phones in sub-Saharan Africa. While the infrastructure of Africa clearly leaves much to be desired, the good news is that smartphones provide an easy and relatively affordable solution for many consumers and businesses even in remote regions of the continent — and many research firms indicate that Africa will soon be the fastest-growing smartphone market in the world as a result.

Beyond this growth potential, MTN Group is entrenched with over 200 million subscribers and offers a decent 3.8% dividend yield based on the last year’s payouts to boot.

While MTN has basically tracked the market thus far in 2014, it clearly has big breakout potential.

Next: Financial SPDR (XLF)

Best Stocks for 2014 #5 – Financial SPDR (XLF)

Sector: Financial ETF
Investors: John Jagerson and Wade Hansen
YTD Returns: 5%

Clearly financial stocks are a bit of a theme in this year’s round of picks. But unlike Fortegra and Citi, which have underperformed, theFinancial SPDR (XLF) has managed to keep up with the broader stock market this year.

Part of that is because John Jagerson and Wade Hansen, editors of the options trading service SlingShot Trader, opted for the diversification of this ETF instead of putting all their eggs in one basket. This is always a great approach to long-term investing, and a good way to protect yourself from the volatility that comes with individual equities.

John and Wade believe in the same general investment thesis for financial stocks as others: that net interest margins will improve, that a brisk economic environment will help lending and that valuations in financials aren’t as stretched as in other sectors.

They’ve been right so far in 2014… and should do quite well as we enter the second half of the year and the hangover from a rough Q1 for the U.S. economy is put behind us.

Next: Fleetcor (FLT)

Best Stocks for 2014 #4 – Fleetcor (FLT)

Sector: Business Support & Services
Investor: Louis Navellier
YTD Returns: 14%

An interesting twist on the focus on financials that we’ve already seen on our Best Stocks list is Fleetcor (FLT). Though not a pure financial stock, since it only deals with payment processing and not lending and credit, FLT is very much linked to the same theme of economic recovery boosting spending and card swipes nationwide.

Fleetcor is a smaller company that provides businesses with gas cards or connects them directly with fuel suppliers. It also has a smaller arm that deals with other fleet and travel issues, including lodging and public transportation as well as vehicle tracking.

The idea is simple: Economic recovery means more business travel and more goods moving around the global economy. Fleetcor operates worldwide and is a great way to play the simple secular recovery in business and manufacturing in the months ahead.

That play has been profitable thus far in 2014, with 14% gains thanks to the shrewd call of Blue Chip Growth editor Louis Navellier. And judging by recent financials, that trend should continue in the second half of the year.

Next: Banco Santander (SAN)

Best Stocks for 2014 #3 – Banco Santander (SAN)

Sector: Financials
Investor: Bryan Perry
YTD Returns: 19%

The best performing bank stock on this list is one of the riskiest plays of the past few years, Banco Santander (SAN). This Spanish bank ran into serious troubles in 2010 and 2011 thanks to the European debt crisis, and then lagged the market considerably in 2013 as emerging markets continued to struggle and its operations in Latin America felt the pain … but 2014 is the year of Santander’s turnaround, and investors have been richly rewarded.

Bryan Perry, editor of the dividend investing newsletter Cash Machine, didn’t just jump into Santander for the snap-back in share price though. Based on the last 12 months of distribution, this stock still yields a hefty 7.9% dividend — so even if shares don’t do much for the rest of the year, investors can lock in a great cost basis and a mammoth dividend yield for the long term.

This stock clearly is a bit riskier than domestic megacap financials. But considering Bryan has racked up over three times the returns of the S&P 500, that risk has paid off for him and his investors big time.

Next: Tesla Motors (TSLA)

Best Stocks for 2014 #2 – Tesla Motors (TSLA)

Sector: Automaker
Investor: Kyle Woodley
YTD Returns: 59%

If you’re looking for an exciting momentum stock, then the company of the moment is certainly Tesla Motors (TSLA). This electric vehicle manufacturer has it all — a sexy product consumers love in its Model S sedan, an innovative CEO in Elon Musk and ambitious plans for the future including an all-electric SUV and a “Gigafactory” that will produce high-powered batteries for hybrid and electric vehicles around the world.

The million dollar question, of course, isn’t whether Tesla stock is legit… but whether it is fairly valued. After all, the company is sitting on a forward price-to-earnings ratio of almost 80 and a heck of a lot of optimism has been priced in to TSLA shares. That doesn’t leave much room for error.

Just consider the fact that Tesla still hasn’t reclaimed its peak of $265 per share from four months ago as proof that it may be difficult for the stock to keep up this strong momentum.

However, InvestorPlace editor Kyle Woodley already enjoys a hefty 59% gain year-to-date on this call … so even while new money may not have the same profit potential, this insufferable Ohioan is sitting pretty.

Next: Emerge Energy Services (EMES)

Best Stocks for 2014 #1 – Emerge Energy Services (EMES)

Sector: Oil and Gas Services
Investor: Jon Markman
YTD Returns: 134%

While a number of stocks on this list have posted great gains year-to-date, the runaway winner is Emerge Energy Services (EMES). Picked by Jon Markman, editor of Trader’s Advantage, this stock has exploded to more than double investors’ money so far in 2014.

What’s the secret of EMES stock? Well, while many investors haven’t heard of this name it does have a connection to one of the fastest-growing businesses in the U.S .right now: fracking.

Emerge mines specialized sand that is used in oil shale fracking, and continues to soar as a result. The best news is that EMES doesn’t participate in the exploration or extraction process itself and simply provides materials to other oil and gas companies — meaning it is protected from volatility in oil prices or the costly and drawn-out process of obtaining mineral rights and tapping finds.

Emerge simply connects with other fracking companies to help them. And shareholders like Jon Markman have been racking up big gains this year as a result of this simple way to tap into the fracking boom.

Avoiding Impulse Spending

Answer these questions truthfully:money2

1.) Does your spouse or partner complain that you spend too much money?

2.) Are you surprised each month when your credit card bill arrives at how much more you charged than you thought you had?

3.) Do you have more shoes and clothes in your closet than you could ever possibly wear?

4.) Do you own every new gadget before it has time to collect dust on a retailer’s shelf?

5.) Do you buy things you didn’t know you wanted until you saw them on display in a store?

If you answered “yes” to any two of the above questions, you are an impulse spender and indulge yourself in retail therapy.

This is not a good thing. It will prevent you from saving for the important things like a house, a new car, a vacation or retirement. You must set some financial goals and resist spending money on items that really don’t matter in the long run.

Impulse spending will not only put a strain on your finances but your relationships, as well. To overcome the problem, the first thing to do is learn to separate your needs from your wants.

Advertisers blitz us, hawking their products 24/7. The trick is to give yourself a cooling-off period before you buy anything that you have not planned for.

When you go shopping, make a list and take only enough cash to pay for what you have planned to buy. Leave your credit cards at home.

If you see something you think you really need, give yourself two weeks to decide if it is really something you need or something you can easily do without. By following this simple solution, you will mend your financial fences and your relationships.
