In the U.S., there has been and remains a necessity for assistance, education, and economic development within lower-income communities across the nation. This is where Victory Women in Development Association-ViWiDA USA comes in and specifically addressing those needs in the Philadelphia metropolitan area and around Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania State; with a vision to hopefully serve the nation, as well as the women and youth who are in need globally.
